Driving without a license in Richmond Kentucky is a Class B misdemeanor. It is also a Class B misdemeanor for the individual permitting you to operate their vehicle knowing that you are not licensed and thus he or she could also be charge and penalized for letting an unlicensed motorist drive their car. A Class B misdemeanor in the state of Kentucky can come with up to ninety days in jail and/or a fine of up to $250.
